The Coastal Delaware & Maryland Wild Ones Chapter is proud to support the Delaware Center for The Inland Bays: Bays to Backyards Community Engagement Program. This amazing program empowers neighborhoods across the Inland Bays watershed to take action for a healthier, more resilient environment. The program provides expert guidance, practical resources, and an easy-to-follow framework to help communities create and implement 3–5 year Action Plans to manage stormwater and flooding, improve water quality, enhance wildlife habitat, reduce waste, and address climate change and energy efficiency.
Communities can earn points toward Bay Friendly Community recognition, celebrate their achievements, strengthen neighborhood connections, and make a real difference in their own backyards.
